Rotative scheduling periodically

Hello!

Into our Laboratorium some tasks must twice-monthly or monthly distributed on 15 employees .
Certain task must each employee during this period once settle.
so each day is someone else to.
But because everyone would not always like to be in one Monday, this roster should not rigidly.
So next 15 days (service days!) the dates for everyone in another day precipitates (Rotationsystem!).
Someone has an experience like this schedule to carry out ?

Each assistance is gladly estimated.

I've written a couple of these, but completely automating it is not usually feasible. Programming in that level of decision-making is expensive and even if you do somebody comes along and says "Oh, I can't work that Tuesday" and the whole thing goes out the window.

We usually solve this by providing good reports of what needs done, helpful decision-making tools, and a simple easy way for a human to make and record the final assignment decisions.
