Solution: Remove colons from field names

I converted an application to the new version from 1.14. My application has two forms. One form can be sorted based on any field but my other form is kind of frozen into a purely alphabetical order on one field.... "Client". If I seek a sort on "Cities", for example, it will produce the clients in alphabetical order and not the "Citiies". The same applies to any field in my form......it will retieve what ever I ask for but not based on my sorting (field?)parameter.

Hello Peter,

The problem is that your field names have Colons in them. If you change these using the Field Manager in Sdesigner, Sorts will work correctly for you.
