Hi All,

I have one form, that has a LE that is only made once when a date is entered in it, I read some where before where, there is a command or a code that can hide, other records that dont have a date in that le.

Any points in the right way????

Just a side note i am trying a retrieve spec on the form, that i want to display the data. the spec is

{ @Year(Loan Date) = @Year(@Date) AND @Month(Loan Date) = @Month(@Date) }

This should show only the transaction in the LE of Loan Date, which should only give me one.

But i am not that lucky am i doing something wrong?

The form with the spec on it, is a subform.

Let me see if I can understand what you are asking.

Are you asking about how to hide subrecords that are not in a particular date range based on the value of an element in that subrecord?

Thats right,

when a loan is placed there is a date placed in the LE to say when then loan was started, and then the loan is paid off in four weeks and the payment dates, are placed in another LE.

So in the Loan Date LE, i want to be able to hide all records that dont have a date in the loan date le.

I hope i have not confused the matter more
