When editing the label in the Property Editor, hit F6 to bring up the Long Value editor.

Yes, it is.

Use the Label feature in Property Editor on the Other tab. While the cursor is in the Label text box, press F6. This will open a full-featured text editor window. You can use the Enter key to get as many lines as you want.
