Hi,
I recently changed over to version 2.1. An issue I am facing invloves sorting in one of my elements.
The element is called Group Sorter. It basically gives numbers to certain groups in my application. For example:
Group A = 1
Group B = 2
Group C = 3
Group D = 4
Group E = 5
Each group contains anywhere from 25 to 50 clients.
When I sort I like to have the groups listed in order A-E, with a sub sort of the clients in alphabetical order.
I was able to do this in Sesame 1.x, but not in 2.1. The reason is the way my element is laid out.
The Label Name of the elemnet is Group Sorter:
The Name of the elemnet is Group Sorter:
It is bound to !Group Sorter:
It is bound to type (number)
I am pretty certain that the semi colon (

is the culprit.
Where do I go from here. Do I delete the label Group Sorter: and redo it as Group Sorter (minus the

?
Do I have to go into manage the database and make changes there as well?
Please advise on a step by step solution.
Thanks,
