From the web site:
[quote]Will Sesame run on my operating system?
Sesame runs on the following operating systems:

    * Windows 95
    * Windows 98
    * Windows NT
    * Windows 2000
    * Windows ME
    * Windows XP
    * Windows Vista [quote]

Does not make any distinctions, so I would think the answer is YES.
But, just my opinion, not based on real life experience.

My brother just bought a 64 bit vista machine and he can't get access to run on it, so I told him to buy Sesame and I thought I might better check to make sure the 64-bit version would run it, I know the 32-bit has no problems with it. Several of his programs won't work in the 64-bit version.

Sesame will run as a 32bit application on the 64bit machine.

Ben,

what about Q&A?   I have read that DOS programs need ntvdm.exe to run on later versions of Windows (XP, Vista 32 bit) and that Vista64 won't include ntvdm.exe .

I just ordered a new laptop and chose Vista32 Business (with an XPpro recover cd) because I've got several legacy DOS or older Windows apps that I must be able to run for the foreseeable future.

Installed 64 bit Vista. Sesame works flawlessly. I have not encountered any problems.
