Insert Mode in Subform

I like Insert mode while entering or viewing the data. In the mainform, when you enter the element, all data is marked and end of the data will be shown. To delete the whole field, just use space bar, right arrow key to add more data. Just start typing and it will type over the existing data. Works great!!! Not so with Subform in tableview, space bar will take one to end of the field + one space. The same thing with Right Arrow Key. How do I delete the whole field and type over? I am sure there is a way that I do not know.

I double-click (or press the enter key while) on the cell I want to overwrite. This should leave you with the contents of the field highlighted. Then, you can simply begin typing to overwrite it.

Thanks Carl. I did not know about the enter key. That should be a little easier since one can do it without touching the mouse. Thanks.
