failed to open!

We had the power go out the other day and our APC battery didn't work. Since then when when try to open our .db i get an error.

Database C:\Sesame2\Data\company\Company.db failed to open.
The application is locked and may currently be in use.

Is there any way i can fix this?

File is locked. Unlock the file.

File -> Server Administration

UserName = admin
Password: hello

click UNLOCK APPLICATION tab
choose application to unlock
Press UNLOCK SELECTED APPLICATION button

Your application should open up after performing this unlocking procedure.
