Failed to open database

I'm currently running 2.1, and have unlocked my database but when I try to open it, it gives me an error saying the database could not be open.

The files are not read only.

I open the local log in server administration and the errors were as follows:

2009/08/25 12:50:12 server_error S_ENG 510150 failure while loading application: C:\Users\Evelyn\Sesame\Data\clientgia.db.
2009/08/25 12:50:11 server_error S_ENG 330860 Failure to read a record.
2009/08/25 12:50:11 server_error S_ENG 330680 Failure to read a record at 4027.

Can anyone help me open my database?

Prior to this issue occurring had you experienced any network issues or power failures while your files were in use?

Occassionally I have to unlock the database through server administration, but that usually solves it.  This happened after I unlocked it today.
