Admin User/Pass Not being accepted

Hi,
Sometime in the past 2 days the admin username/password has stopped working in Sesame. We use a client/server setup . I go to File->Server Administration and the login box pops up. But when I enter the default user/pass, it doesnt accept it and just blanks out the entry spots.

I've checked caps lock and i haven't changed the password from the default. But I'm thinking that somehow the password was changed. Is there a way to change it back to the default user/pass?

Thank,
Derrick

Hello Derrick,

Try using a blank Password. Most the time when we see this problem, it's because someone accidentally clicked on the change password button without typing in a new password.

Also I know you said you checked Caps-Lock but for future people who find this thread, it is important that admin also be typed in all lowercase. As it is also case-sensitive.

Unfortunately, the blank password didn't work. I tried blank password, blank user, extra space after the user and the pass (and combinations of the two).
