What is the programming required to print "Page # of # Pages" in the header section of a report?

This is done in the Header/Footer section of the "Page Setup..." section of your browser.

IE8 and Firefox 3.6 don't require that you use any programming to do this -- they both have drop down selections for this; and BTW, are set to do this by default.
