Server Log: "Field Position is out of range..."

I've recently reconciled a new design to my active database. The new design has some new databases in them, so I need to import those records into the newly reconciled application. When I go to my design file, preview, and try to export all the records (perhaps 5 records in total) to a text file, Sesame Designer hangs.

I end up having to kill the process (half a gigabyte of RAM being used) and the file is locked. In server admin I can unlock the file. The server log has the following message:

"'Field Position is out of range in record definition."

What's wrong?

Hello,

We'll need to take a look at the design files and the server log in order to determine what is causing your issue. Would it be possible for you to send in the following files to support: dsr, ddt and s2_log0000.log.

If your files are too large to make it via email, please let us know and we will walk you through attaching them to a support ticket online.
