Troubles opening my .DSR file

When I try and open my .DSR file I get the error message:
Database C:\Sesame\Data\CWPAY2011\.dsr failed to open
Error:failure while loading application: C:\Sesame\Data\CWPAY2011\.dsr

It loads up to 73% then the error message pops up.
I have no problem opening the .DB file of this application.
What steps are necessary to reestablish the .DSR file.

Did the DB file have the most recent design changes reconciled to it, before this happened?

The easiest thing to do in that case is just try to open the .db from Sdesigner.  It will warn you that a dsr already exists and doing so will overwrite the dsr.  When you continue, you will create a new dsr under the same name with all your current changes and data from the .db file.
