Problem with Reconciling

I opened SDesigner and added an item to a list box.  Closed the Design Tab and attempted to Reconcile.
Received this message: Application Q:\Sesame2\Data\KCDatabases.db failed to open.
Any idea as to what I am doing incorrectly?

Unlock the KCDatabases.db if it is locked. When you try to open the KCDatabases.db runtime, does it open?  If you run Client/Server, you have to make certain that KCDatabases.db is not loaded. I hope this helps.
