This is probably a silly question, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
How do I reset the number that @Number uses?

It's in SDesigner in the Application Property Manager. See page 160 in the Sesame User Guide.

Note: When you reconcile your changes, make sure you tell Reconcile to replace the @Number value. See page 172 in the Sesame User Guide.
