I want to be able to pick which of my networked printers or choose to print to pdf files when I print current form.  Is there a way to set this up?

When you click Print Forms Current or Print Forms All, the Print Forms dialog appears. One of the options on that dialog is  Show System Print Dialog. Set that option and you will be able to choose a printer.
