subform custom help

I have a tool tip and custom help on my subform.   They are there when I look at the subform data base as a stand alone.  But when I am in the main form sub form, the custom help nor tool tip work.

Hello,

Is your subform a table view subform or a form view subform? The reason I ask is that Tooltips and Custom Help will only work in Form View.

Darn.............it is a table view.  As a wish list for Sesame 3, more freedom with table view and subforms please!

Do you want the tooltip to appear when you hover over the column header (possibly obscuring the data below and to the right), or when you hover over each individual cell in a column that has a tooltip?

BTW: are you aware that if you start a sub-form in form view, the user can toggle it back and forth between form and table view at will, giving them the advantages of each as needed?
