Lookup tables

I have an application with multiple data bases.  I have one data base (PO) that has a successful lookup in it.  I have the exact code (with field names changed) in my Sales memo data base.  It does not work there.  Do I need new look up tables for each data base within an application?

My code is:

email: = @lookup(POissued,1)

The importance of double checking your work!  Somehow, (I have no idea how - probaby on a accidental copy LE)
My lookup element was formatted as boolean
(the field just below that one is boolean)

All is fixed.
