Computer got a virus and now......................

I unfortunately got infected with a virus. I was able to restore to an earlier date and got rid of it............whew.
Now my issue is with Sesame 1.14 as well as with Sesame 2.52. When I try and make a progrmming change in the .dsr file it will not save the changes and hence I cannot reconcile. And now I can no longer open the .dsr file even after unlocking it via the Server Administrator feature. This occurs in both versions of Sesame.
Help would be much appreciated.

Hello Peter,

What error messages do you get when you open the DSR file?

The error message I get:
Database C:\Sesame\Data\CWPAY2012 - Test.dsr failed to open
Error:failure while loading application C:\Sesame\Data\CWPAY2012 - Test.dsr

I also noticed that the .dsr file is only 1kb in size, very unusal since all my others are much larger.

Hello Peter,

Judging by the very small size, I would bet it's not a valid DSR file.

Does the DB file open correctly? If it does, Delete the DSR and DDT files and then open the DB file in Sesame Designer to recreate the DSR file.
