If I use the API to get an email from Outlook it may have info that would want me to create a new Rule, perhaps based on the senders email address.  I could parse the email, create the rule, run the rule on the Inbox, and never need to handle emails from that sender again.  Would eliminate the need to leave program and go to Outlook to do that, or need to make a note to remember to make a rule later.

That was just a quick example, but I guess if the tools existed for all the databases in Outlook, then we would find more ways to put them to use.  So, I am suggesting that approach vs. limiting to what can be easily seen on some of the databases.

Thanks for listening.

Ah, OK. I might be able to implement that.

The problem with just making "all the databases" available is that they all behave a bit differently and are often really cryptic and picky. I kind of need to know what I'm trying to accomplish for each one to make a tool that a Sesame user can make use of.
