Error message: failure while loading application

Can't load customer db. In error log get "cannot read file size" preceding the message in the subject line. Preceding "cannot..." is the message "No root node can be determined." I have a backup of a few days ago but would prefer to solve this if possible. Thank for any advice.

That's a serious file error, GeneG. It usually means that the file has been overwritten by something outside Sesame. Send your db and dat to support@lantica.com and we'll take a look at it.
