Copy Cut Paste Problems

The "paste" function in my Sesame 2 is not working.
I can copy and cut in Sesame, and paste the information out into Word or Excel, but cannot paste in Sesame.
This is a new computer with Windows 8 and protected by Webroot.  Could these programs have anything to do with my paste problem?

Hello Jim,

One way to see if there is a program interfering with Copy and Paste is to boot Windows into Safe mode(where only minimal start-up programs are launched) and try pasting into Sesame. My bet is that it will work in safe mode.

A quick google search on Webroot preventing paste turns up about 1,690,000 results with one of the results being https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Copy-Paste-Stop... which appears to have steps to remedy this issue by trusting the Sesame Application inside Webroot's preferences.

Ray,
Thank you for the research.
I followed the instructions and the paste feature in Sesame now works!!!  An easy fix, by allowing Webroot to "trust" Sesame.
