Bound element not available for report

I have a bound element called COMMENTS on my form.  However, when I try to create a report, this element is not on my list in the Layout Element Adder.

Any idea what's going on?  How do I get this element onto my report?

Open Sdesigner
Go to Menage Databese
Choose Menage Field
Choose Add the field names

Please Desisgn / Redesign A Form.
In Property Editor
Choose the Other tab
Apply the field name using the item Bound to.

Thanks, your suggestion corrected the problem. 

However, I'm confused why the element was showing as bound in the form but wasn't bound.
