I have an OPEN ORDER file that has many records of the same part number.  Each record has a different ship date, but everything else is the same.

I have a report that lists information regarding each part number and I want to eliminate the duplication seen on the report.

Is there an easy way to limit the report to show only the first record for each part number?

This would really reduce the size of the report and eliminate a lot of redundancy in the report.
