Hey Andy,

What version of Sesame is running on that client computer?
Does this seem to happen after a particular action or?

The client and server are running ver 2.6.
The crash seems to occur after the first log on. Once the client is running it is usually open for the day.

Thank you Ray.

Hi Andy,

Does it happen when opening the client, opening the DB file or after successfully logging in to the DB file?

Is there anything different in the sesame.ini file on this machine compared to the other client machines that are not having this issue?

Ray:
Seems to occur after the client is opened and using it for a short period of time.  The ini file is no different than our other clients.

This is just an informative followup post.

I got on Andy's client system today to investigate this matter further. Looking at the windows application log, Sesame is not the only program that is experiencing random crashes. Explorer, Thunderbird, Firefox, and a handful of other programs have been experiencing frequent crashes since August 2014 on just that one computer.

Given that it is system wide, the issue could be related to a bad memory chip or even another piece of software that is running that is corrupting memory that other programs are using.
