We print about 150-200 (4) page invoices each month.  More recently many recipients would like to receive these by email. Currently we merge the data from Sesame to Microsoft Word and step through each choosing "send as a pdf". Each pdf appears as an attachment to our email client (Thunderbird). We then manually enter the recipient email address and use a template for the body of the email. This can be a slow process.

Wish list:
1. merge to Microsoft Word
2. create a pdf on the fly
3. launch email client with recipient email address, verbiage in the body of the email (this can be the same for all emails) and pdf attachment

Any ideas would be appreciated.
