Can I make a standalone application that I can run on any computer without the Sesame Database program being installed? Thanks.

No. Your customer must have a valid Sesame license and Sesame executable.

But it is trivially easy to package Sesame along with your application and execute Sesame by selecting your application, making the end user experience very similar to a "standalone application."
