We are getting the error shown in the attached jpeg (Error:failure while loading application) There is a similar thread from 2014, however, we have tried everything in that thread and still no joy in Mudville.

Prior to the error, we had to forcibly reboot the virtual server with Sesame. My assistant then started Sesame on the virtual server and, instead of using the normal shutdown, used the emergency shutdown. He didn't know how to use the normal shutdown via a client.

We have unlocked via sunlock all the application files. Used lock_status to see the status and it shows a lock status of zero.

I tried opening the .dsr file via Sesame Designer and still get the same error (failure loading).

We are running Sesame version 2.6 on a virtual server. Our sesame icons, and sdesigner icons on our desktops have the necessary flags to point to the proper server.

Having the Sesame server up and running and then on the virtual server using powershell to run Sesame as a client gets us the same error, so it doesn't seem network related. Any ideas or is this something we will need paid support for ?
