Is there a way to display all the code at once for an application?

Yeah, you can export it to a text file, then you can open it in any text editor. With the Program Editor open, select File > Export All to Text File. Or you can just press Ctrl+S.

(It sounds like maybe you want to have all the code displayed at once so you can find something? If so, you can press Ctrl+F, enter your search sting, and click on "Global Find". This will look through all the code for that form to find what you are searching for.)
