Account - Purchased Products/Downloads Removed?

My boss has/had an account with Lantica Sesame (that was never deleted) and I went to reset the password and it showed that no such account existed. It then said something about older accounts will have to create a new account. So I created a new account with the same e-mail address. However it doesn't show any of our downloadable products we purchased (e.g. Sesame 2.6.0 and the Free Upgrade to 2.6.2). I reached out via e-mail with no response. Would appreciate any help in this matter.
