Will Sesame work with the IPad and/or The Cloud?
There are several ways to use an IPad with Sesame, ranging from virtual machine/desktops to using a web server and the API. However, Sesame will not run natively on an IPad. It requires an Intel (x86) compatible chipset and some variation on Windows or Linux to run natively.
The "Cloud" represents many different technologies, most indicating that you are running from, or using data from, a server that you do not own or control. In the broadest sense: yes, Sesame can run on the Internet. For instructions on how to set this up, see Running Sesame on the Web. In the narrow sense of "cloud", we do not currently have a Lantica based "cloud" server running Sesame for the general public.
