Adding Layout Elements by typing directly on the form in SDesigner

The most commonly used elements can be added by typing directly on your Form in Sesame Designer.

To Add a Text Box:
Click on the form where you want the left-hand end of the Text Box element to appear (not the left-hand edge of the element's label). Type the label of the Text Box followed by a colon (:).
To Add Multiline Text Box: Type the label of the Multiline Text Box followed by an open angle brace (or less than sign) (<). Note that all Text Boxes will always be bound to a Text field, with both a name and label as you typed it, when using this method.
To Add Static Text: Type the desired text and click outside the new element
To Add a Line: Type a hyphen (-)

This can make adding a succession of layout elements much quicker. Pressing Enter after adding any of the examples above will take you down the form, placing each consecutive element directly below the one above it.
