I have found that Sesame makes it effortless to maintain these subform links. First the natural link method does it all for you. You just enter the data in the subform save the record and low and behold every time you retrieve the record in the main form the subrecord data is retrieved at the same time. I am able to use them and I am not a computer guru, I am just like many of us out here, just trying to find how we can best utilize Sesame for our own jobs and businesses.

Sesame Database Manager is compatible with Symantec Q&A. Q & A users will find that Sesame uses many of the same keystrokes, the same search syntax, and almost the same programming syntax as used in a Q&A database. Sesame can also translate Q&A databases. Find out more.

Sesame Database Manager - Feature Detail

Preview mode is one of the most powerful features of SDesigner (Sesame's Application Designer). Preview allows you to see what your application will look like and exactly how it will work, while you are still in middle of putting it together. Preview is so much like the regular Sesame Database Manager, only the logo really gives it away. This allows you to really know that your design is going to work without needing to switch back and forth between applications.

If you are redesigning an existing application, Preview will bring in all of your existing data, allowing you to edit, run programming, kick-off specs, virtually any operation, just as though you were using that application in Sesame Database Manager - but with no harm whatsoever to your original application. In fact, your original application is left entirely alone.

The Sbasic programing worked great and actually is easier than using macros.
